I am committed to being bold and speaking up. I want to drive the conversation to openly discuss these personal, common, TREATABLE issues. We need to break the taboo and help advance all areas of women's health so that we no longer have to suffer in silence. I want all women to be able to regain their freedom to laugh, exercise, love and live their lives to the fullest without constraints, worry or pain.
Everybody and every body is special and unique and the tips that I offer may not be appropriate for your individual needs.
